Background: As a half-elf, Yuan has the ability to sense mana and energy flows in his environment, including in the people around him. He can tell whether or not someone is human with a momentary examination, and if he tries he may be able to pinpoint an elemental affiliation as well, depending on whether there is one and how strong it is.

The fields:

Name: I need to know who you are and who you're playing, obvs.
Is Yuan allowed to sense them?: If not, we'll say his augment is blocking it.
Human?: This can be a yes or no question, unless you want to elaborate. Even elves from different worlds probably wouldn't feel exactly like elves from his world, not to mention the wide variety of other things out there, so he'll only be able to make guesses from his experience as to what people are if they aren't human (though if it feels like magic and has pointed ears, he'll probably assume it's at least part elven unless told otherwise).
How strong?: This can and should be vague: Yuan can't tell your character's exact power level or anything like that, but he can tell the difference between someone with a few traces of magic, a competent caster, and a being made entirely of elemental energy.
Elemental affinity: Yuan comes from a world where the rules of magic are relatively concrete. Magic comes in eight elemental flavors, in four opposing pairs: Fire and Ice, Wind and Earth, Lightning and Water, Light and Dark. If your character's abilities fall into one of those elements and their aura is strong enough, Yuan might be able to tell. (Other Tales characters: unless instructed otherwise, if they have a clear canonical element, Yuan will probably pick up on it.)

Other weirdness/anything else to add?: There's a faint demonic taint from being a blood elf, if he can pick up on that. If not, the FEL GREEN EYES ought to give him away.

verdict: if Yuan gets enough experience with WoW elves, he'll be able to tell the difference between the mana signatures of high elves and blood elves, but he won't automatically be able to recognize the fel taint as something bad. He also can't tell the difference in strength between his specs: Belth will feel strongly magical and non-elemental to him.

Being purely made of mana automatically raises Yuan's impression of Dezel's strength level. As far as he's concerned, Dezel's right up there with a Centurion or other servant of a Summon Spirit, a few steps above a mortal caster but below an elemental god.

Human?:Nope. He's a Plant. Basically an evolved form. Plants being created by humans with a mix of science and magic with the ability to make just about anything humans may need to survive on a new world. Food, water, terraforming, anything.
How strong?: Very strong. He actually has the power to terraform a planet if he knew how to control it.
Elemental affinity?: This is tricky as Vash's powers resolve around either creating or ultimate destruction depending on the way it's used. I might say light for the literal sense that it's bright when Vash does use his powers? Feel free to tinker with this as you see fit.
Other weirdness/anything else to add?: Play with what Yuan can sense as you see fit! Vash is an odd mix of science and magic. So have fun with it!

Haaah yes, that'll be fun. Yuan's world doesn't have anything quite like what Vash is; where he comes from, only the elemental gods are anywhere near that power level, so meeting a mortal (at least in the sense of 'a being that isn't entirely made of pure energy') that feels like that much power might make him a little edgy at first.

I apologize if Yuan assumes she's an elf at first and is rude - he'll actually be really nice (well, for Yuan) once he knows she's a fellow half-elf, especially if she's faced any kind of discrimination for it.

How strong?: Pretty strong! Stefan's an undead immortal and his blood has mana in it (and only his blood, I should note).
Elemental affinity?: Canonically, none - but given what I know of TVD, he'd fall under Wind. If we're going by strict powers, then I'd lean more on Darkness since, well, vampire.
Other weirdness/anything else to add?: In TVD, vampires are supernatural beings with magical energy in their blood that other magic users can siphon. Stefan can't tap into that himself as of right now, but that energy does linger. It's up to you on how you want to play with specifics - but he definitely reads as "magical."

I knew this was going to come up eventually. I still haven't decided exactly how Yuan's mana-sense reacts to Force-users. I think I'm going to say that their mana signatures feel sort of...enhanced/expanded, as if they had an Exsphere, but without the pinpoint distortions in their energy flows that an Exsphere would cause. So they don't feel magical exactly, but he can tell that there is more power there than a regular person.

lbr, Vision feels like Tabatha if Tabatha was made to be a weapon, and it's going to make Yuan uncomfortable.

I have Ochako as well (willynilly) but she has no magical relevance, so nothing for her. She's human, though.

y e p Mikleo is one of the people here least likely to cause Yuan confusion and distress (aside from the Seraph thing), because he has a pretty decent canon analogue for this kind of being.

Humans aren't allowed to have both magic and pointy ears. Yuan will be v.confused and probably a little annoyed by this.

At least it's mutual. Yuan's not used to elves that treat him like a person, and he'll still be slow to warm up to elves in general even if he gets to know individuals.

Also he has a bone-deep inferiority complex toward them despite himself, which really doesn't help anything.

Yeah, Shirley's going to feel enough like water that he can tell at a glance, which is pretty unusual for mortals - usually he has to make an effort to discern an element unless he's looking at something that's literally made from elemental mana, like the Zestiria Seraphim or a Summon Spirit, but Shirley's tied to elemental water thoroughly enough that it will noticeably permeate her whole mana signature.

Human?: No. He's from the planet Daxam. He just looks completely human because that's how space works I guess. There are internal differences. His heart is on the other side for instance.
How strong?: There is nothing magical about him at all. So, when he's in the presence of a yellow sun he has speed and strength and invulnerability similar to a Kryptonian who is exposed to a yellow sun (like Superman). He can't fly, but he can leap tremendous distances. His cells can also convert electrical energy to heal himself. It's less explicit in canon whether this is only under the yellow sun or a Daxamite kind of thing. Currently, at the hotel they have an orange-red sun so all of this is depleted and while there are some signs he may heal faster or jump a little higher than humans you can generally assume he's about human level everything.

Other weirdness/anything else to add?: If he's met Kara/Supergirl he'd probably be interpreted similarly. They are from neighboring planets and are similar races.

Human?: Yes and no. She's a mutant. She has the X-Gene which separates her DNA from humans but her parents were also both human. She generally says no when asked this question, but that's more of a social thing than something applicable to sensing her. But however you want to interpret it is fine. Feeling that's she's different in some way is all good or if he's run into other mutants and you want to keep it consistent with whatever that is that's all good too.
How strong?: Her powers are sci-fi instead of mystical/magical/supernatural. If you still want him to sense strength then she's an alpha level mutant which is very strong (but not omnipotent levels like some of them.)
Elemental affinity?: None.
Other weirdness/anything else to add?: Her power is called phasing. She can be intangible at will which over the decades of her character existing has had a variety of results when combined with magic. Let's just say she may be harder/impossible to sense while phased. But she is usually in a solid state unless otherwise mentioned.

Oooh ooh ooh, 'mutant-human' is another good one that I hadn't really thought about before.

Since the X-Gene and Force-sensitivity both run in the DNA, I'm gonna say now that he registers mutant humans the same way as human Force-users: they feel human and there's no actual magic to them, but their overall energy feels a bit expanded compared to a normal human's.

As far as the phasing thing, I'm happy to go with not being able to sense her when phased. The sense is something that has to be actively used anyway - more like checking to see how someone's dressed than hearing someone coming, if that makes sense, and then some people are just wearing suits covered in flashing lights - so if she's not visible for him to check, there's no reason for him to know she's there.

Man, what an interesting thing to figure out. Yuan knows something about souls by research and experience, but he's not so powerful or sensitive as to be able to tell the condition of Katie's in detail. I think of mana signature as being kind of like a silhouette of someone's aura: he can get a very surface-level image of what someone is or can do, and if the shape happens to match something he's familiar with, he can extrapolate further from that - sometimes incorrectly. So Katie will register for the time being as intensely magical and sort of...weird and unusual, but within tolerances for the category of 'human', at least for the time being - that may get revisited if he witnesses her using powers that emphasize the other part of her heritage.
